“Where have you been?”
the question that narrates my doom scrolls. the question I ask when i can’t remember the thing I just meant to do/look up/write down. when I ask myself where have I been? why havent i posted more?
Where have I been? I’ve been all over the place. up, down and around. I’ve been at tables in different hemispheres that felt like home. I’ve seen my name carved in stone in a city i’ve never been to. I’ve dodged taxi’s and pedestrians in many of the largest cities in the world. I figure this collection is better than the well intentioned post card I meant to send you all but never got around to. This project helped me to see is that the showing, is in the telling. I can show you better than I can tell you, so please, allow me to humbly introduce my first photo collection. I hope you think these photos will look as good on your wall as I think they do on mine. beauty from my point of view. my first collection of prints is an homage to a few of the beautiful places I’ve been.
